Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.

After dispatch, a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Haus & Glow is not liable for products lost or damaged during transit.
