At Haus & Glow, we aim to ensure every order meets your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched while they are still in the processing stage.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at mayfairmontagueltd@gmail.com with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our fulfilment process, we do not accept physical returns. However, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the circumstances outlined below.

Refunds may be issued if:

·       Your order is lost in transit

·       Your item arrives damaged or defective

·       You receive the wrong item

An order will be considered lost in transit if it has not been delivered within 45 days from the date of shipment. If your order exceeds this timeframe, please contact mayfairmontagueltd@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact mayfairmontagueltd@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

·       your order number

·       a description of the issue

·       clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

·       Delivery delays caused by courier operations, customs processing, or local postal services

·       Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout

·       Requests based on change of mind

·       Items that arrive in good condition and match the order placed

Please note that shipping timeframes listed on our website are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union Consumer Rights

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery at mayfairmontagueltd@gmail.com with your order details.

Due to the nature of our fulfilment process, a physical return may not be required. If your request qualifies under EU consumer protection laws, we will provide instructions for resolving the request, which may include issuing a refund.

Please note that custom or personalised products may be exempt from the EU withdrawal right where applicable.
